Our Standard Pricing Is An Hourly Rate Based Off Of What County In Pennsylvania Or New Jersey The Event Is Held In. Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Have Backup Equipment?

As Of Right Now, JETT’s Musical Entertainment Does Not Have Backup Equipment For Any Event.

 

Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Require Parking Accommodations?

This Would Be Nice To Have But Is Not Fully Required. We Have A Towing Vehicle And A Six Foot By Ten Foot Trailer That We Use To Haul Our Equipment. Together It Takes Us Two Normal Parking Spots, Either Side By Side Or Connected Straight Together. We Do Require A Temporary Loading/Unloading Parking Area Close To Where We Will Be Entering The Banquet Facility.

 

Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Take Breaks?

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Plays Music Continuously Throughout Your Event; Cocktail Hour/Guest Arrival, Dinner Music, Party Time, And Most Of Equipment Take Down. From Time To Time Our Personnel May Be Away From The DJ Area. If Our Personnel Has To Take A Small Break To Use The Restroom And/Or Get A Glass Of Water. The Music Does Not Stop.

 

Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Require A Deposit?***

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Requires A Deposit For Every Booked Event. Deposits Amounts Very Depending On Total Cost Of The Event.

 

Does The Customer Get A Contract For Their Event?

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Requires A Signed Contract. Both The Customer And JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Will Sign During The Booking Conference. The Customer Will Receive A Copy Of This Contract Via Email And/Or Mail With In Ten Days From The Date Of Signing.

How Will JETT’s Musical Entertainment Be Dressed At Our Event?

The Dress Wear That JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Will Wear All Depends On The Type Of The Event And/Or What The Customer Prefers Otherwise.

Formal/Semi-Formal Dress Wear: Dress Pants, Button Down Dress Shirt, Tie, And Dress Jacket.

Casual/Normal Wear Dress Wear: Dress Pants Or Dark Colored Jean; Button Down Shirt, Polo Shirt, Or Plain Colored T-Shirt With Dress Jacket.

Costume Wear: JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel May Wear A Costume, But All Personnel Will Look Professional And Easily Stand Out During The Event.

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Shirts May Have JETT’s Musical Entertainment Logo Printed On Them. JETT’S Musical Entertainment Personnel May Not Be Dressed As Stated Above During Set-Up And Take-Down Of Our Equipment. But Will Be Fully Dressed As Stated About Before The Guests Of Your Event Arrives. If The Event Is Held Outdoors, JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Dress Wear May Very Depending On Weather Condition.

 

Is Set-Up/Take-Down Time Included In Your Price?***

Yes And No. JETT’s Musical Entertainment Requires Two Hours Before The Start Of Any Event And Two Hours After The End Of The Event To Set-up And Take Down Our Equipment. Those Set Of Two Hours Are Included In Our Price. Any Event That Requires Set-Up Earlier Than Two Hours And/Or Requires Take-Down Later Than One Hours Will Be Charged An Extra Hourly Wage.

 

Is There Anything Special That JETT’s Musical Entertainment Will Need During The Event?***

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Requires Over Head Coverage If The Event Is Held Outdoors. This Coverage Needs To Be Provided No Matter What The Weather Prediction Is.

We Also Require A Six Foot Long Table That Can Hold Two Hundred Plus Pounds. We Have A Custom Made Computer Stand That We Use That Weighs Roughly Two Hundred Pounds.

 

What Forms Of Payment Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Accept?

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Accepts Cash Or Check As Forms Of Payment.

 

What If There Are Stairs To Get To The DJ Area?***

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Does Require That There Is Either A Ramp And/Or Elevator That We Can Use During Set-Up And Take-Down. If A Ramp And/Or Elevator Is Not Provided There Will Be An Additional Hourly Wage.

 

What If The Power Goes Out During Our Event?

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Does Not Have Any Power Back-Up Generators.

 

What If We Have A Song That JETT’s Musical Entertainment Does Not Have?

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Music Library Consists Of Thousands Of Songs And Is Growing Daily. We Will Do Everything Possible To Obtain The Customer’s Requested Song(s). If We Are Unable To Locate Your Song Due To Artist And/Or Song Title Error, We Will Ask The Customer For A Copy Of That Song. If We Receive A Copy Of Song(s) From The Customer, We Ask That The Customer Provide Us With Their Music Media Before The Event So That Our Staff Can Check The Music Media For Quality.

 

What Types Of Events Has JETT’s Musical Entertainment Provided Service Too?

The Most Common Types Of Events That We Have Provided Service Too Are Weddings. But We Have Provided Service To Other Events Too. Sweet 16, Graduations, Birthday Parties, Anniversary Parties, Holiday Parties, Fundraisers, School Dances/Prom, etc. We Can Also Provide Ceremonial Music To Weddings Too.

 

Will JETT’s Musical Entertainment Advertise At The Our Event?***

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Will Have A Business Card Stand Out On Our Table For Guests To Help Themselves Too. We Also Have Our Name And Phone Number On Our Computer Stand. If The Customer Does Not Want Us To Advertise During Their Event, We Can Modify Our Computer Stand To Accommodate This Request. But Our Business Card Stand Will Remain Out For Guests To Help Themselves Too. JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Dress Wear May Have JETT’s Musical Entertainment Logo Printed On it.

 

Will JETT’s Musical Entertainment Advertise Our Event?***

JETT’s Musical Entertainment Can Advertise Your Event If The Customer Would Like Us Too. We Would List The Information On Our Facebook Page And On Our Website.

 

Will JETT’s Musical Entertainment Music Offend Our Guests?

All Music JETT’s Musical Entertainment Plays Is FCC Regulated And Is Played On All Local Radio Stations. The Customer Have The Final Say Of What Music Is Appropriate For Your Event. JETT’s Musical Entertainment Has The Ability To Read Your Guests And Know What Is Appropriate And What Should Not Be Played At Certain Occasions. The Customer Does Have The Ability To Have A “Music Planner Playlist” And/Or A “Do Not Playlist”.

 

My Event Is A School Function. Does JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Have Background Check Clearances?

All Of JETT’s Musical Entertainment Personnel Have:

Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Background Check (Volunteer)

Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance Check (Volunteer)

FBI Finger Print Clearance (Volunteer)

All Of These Clearances Are Available Upon Request.
